Need tool to change display settings and schemes.

Hi,

I would like a tool for changing desktop schemes and display settings
(size of status bar, color of scrollbars, etc.)

I would like it to not make these changes permenant.

It would be better if the changes were thrown out when the program
quits or at least when I restart the explorer shell.

I'm using Win 98(Thank God).

In that case, right click the desktop, select properties, select appearance
tab and change away. You can save it but if you don't windows will restart
with your default..
