Need to Write but not Delete or Modify

We have a folder on the Server2003, XP1 with AD that needs to allow a
"Group" to save to this folder, and/or subfolders, but NOT be able to delete
or modify a file once saved.

In Netware that was read, Write, Create, File Scan but not Erase or Modify

What do I need??

Only write permission is needed to create files. Modify permissions will
allow the user to delete the file. You may find the links below helpful. The
first link is for XP but also applies to Windows 2000/2003. The general
permissions you see on the main security page are a combination of special
