need to vote on submissions

I have a page done thru FP2003 that lets students submit some info about
their plans along with an essay. I have 20 people that need to read all
those submissions (about 130 last year) and vote Yes or No for each and I
need to display the results of the votes. Probably, cause it is somewhat
subjective, I need to list them starting with the ones that get the most Yes
votes to all the ones that get all No votes. Can this be done thru FP or do
I need to start over with plain ASP?

Yes it could be done in FP
But you will require a DB (to store the student plans data) and the poll results
- plus server side scripting (ASP - hand coded) for the actual poll and poll display
