Need to view appts on my device, posted and synced from my laptop

I'm running win xp on laptop syncing with my palm pc. (microsoft outlook 2002
on laptop, 2003 on palm device. When I sync appt in calendar on my device the
info transfers fine to laptop but, when I post an appt on my laptop. I am
unable to view the details on my device. Please any info is appreciated,

Speak to the vendor of your sync software. It is that software's
responsibility to perform the transfer.
