need to update to windos xp

hi all ..
i have 300 user in my company and i have windows 2000 server as domain
server and windows 2000 pro. as client OS , the problem is that i need to
update to windows xp without going to every user to upgrade cuz the
destance between users so long so i need a solution to update user`s OS
remotely [Remote Installation Service]
notes: RIS doesn`t work with upgrade ...
