Need to unsecure

I have recently secured my database (mainley out of
experimentation) and now I cannot use my merged WORD
documents. Is there anyway to unsecure a database or undo
what I did?

logon as user with administrator privilleges. Grant full
permissions to user group and admin user account. Put the
admin user back to Admins group, incase if you have moved
to any other group. Remove the password for the Admin
user.
