Bring the machine up in safe mode and delete them. Also make sure you
disconnect the PDA cradle. Depending on have far that gets you may have to
fire up in safe mode command prompt or possible, assuming, these are in the
%windir% hierarchy as implied by others with the the same issue, you may
have to use recovery console.
