If you, by chance, removed the uninstall files, as some do for the sake
of room, go find and reinstall it and then it should show in Add/Remove
Programs to uninstall, or by finding the folder and executing the .inf
file.
If all else fails and you have no other choice, do a Repair install and
then you will need to do SP4 again and a Windows update to install all
of your hotpatches and then you should find it in your Add/Remove
Programs. A lot of trouble, but it can be done.
