Someone sent a document to a printer on our network, and I will like to know who did. Is there anyway I can trace that document to its owner. Please show me the steps to take.
How do users connect to printers? Are the workstations configured with
tcp/ip ports to print directly to the printer's IP, or is there a server
that spools the jobs for them?
If there is a Windows print server, check its event log to see what has been
recorded.
I don't know of any other way...
