Need to setup to see another person's email

At my company, we have an assistant who's job it is to go through her
supervisor's email to clean out some of the less important emails for him.
Is there a way to easily allow the assistant to see the supervisor's email
from her own Outlook and easily keep them separated?

Is it possible/how can I setup Outlook to allow this?

Only if you're using Exchange. The supervisor should grant permission for
the assistant to see the supervisor's mailbox. Open Help and enter
"Delegate Access" is the search.
