Need to schedule meeting with participants in 2 time zones

You can show two time zones in Outlook. Go to the Tools menu > Options >
Calendar > Time Zone > Check out the "Show an additional time zone" options
 
Will need further information. I thought you had to then swap to see the
differences. I want to schedule a meeting for 1:00 CST and have it appear in
the participants in AZ calendar for 3:00. Possible?

However, 1:00 CST = 12:00 MST, so why would you want a meeting to show up
three hours late?
 
Poor Example but you got the point - Do you have an answer?
If I have a meeting I wish to schedule for 3:00 CST(my Outlook setting)
Participant A in Pacific needs to see this as 1:00
Participant B in Mt. needs to see this as 2:00
Currently we all "see" it as 3:00 and the calendars do not adjust for the
different settings.

Hmm. Works here. We make meetings across multiple time zones, from Pacific
time to London time and everyone in between sees the meeting in their
calendar at the appropriate local time.
 
addl. note: The recipients calendar shows the correct time automatically,
just make sure that in options that your time zone is set. i.e. you're in TX
and sched. a mtg. at 1pm cst and send to lots of people. The persons outlook
in AZ knows the time diff and if DST is in effect and sets the time for 3pm,
the guy in CA's outlook also shows the correct CA time for the 1pm texas time
mtg., as does the guy in NYC, the girl in CO., the group in London., etc.
It's not up to you to make the adjustments for their time zone, Outlook does
it automatically on their respective ends. What Brian meant was that you can
show two timezones in your calendar so that you can see what time it is in
the timezone that you deal with the most.

OK. I'm consufseded. Not sure fit this helpedx. :)

Sorry, I was trying to elaborate on your explaination. I was tired when I
wrote this and meant to say what Vince meant by the you can show two
timezones suggestion.

Sorry again, I was just trying to help. I'll try and curb that habbit and
leave helping to the experts. :)

need to be an expert to know a solution to a particular problem.
