Need to Reset Broswer Error Page

How do I change it so that when I type in the wrong URL,
I will simply get the Microsoft error page as opposed to
these stupid shop/save web pages?

The chances are that's spyware.

Read up here and see if anything sounds familiar... I'm afraid it's not a
short answer but if it is spyware you will find two main utilities mentioned
the easiest way to remove it.
