You can match the names of the folders with the language of your Outlook
client by starting Outlook with the resetfoldernames switch;
Start-> Run; outlook.exe /resetfoldernames
(note the space in the command)
The language of the dates in the calendar are based on you language settings
in Windows. You can change this in Control Panel-> Regional and Language
