My Windows Explorer seems to be corrupted and as my laptop
came preloaded with XP I don't have a Windows CD. Can I
download a clean version from anywhere? (Also problem that
my right mouse button stops working since loading SP2!!!
Can anyone help???)

Contact IBM support and ask them for assistance with this matter.
Your IBM laptop probably has a "hidden partition" that contains the
Windows XP reinstallation files. Ask IBM how to access it.

You should have a book or documentation that came with or
laptop. A vanilla windows is probably available in
another partition on your hardrive. Your documenation
should show how. As far as the mouse not working, you may
have to download updates for the driver. Or just get
another one. They have nicer ones now where you don't
need a mouse pad.
