My computer received a virus and now Outlook will not allow me to click on a
hyperlink embedded in the message body. It says that I must reinstall
Outlook. Will I lose all my email messages and calendar appoints, tasks,
etc? Should I them so I can reimport them? Thanks.

version of outlook? did you try a detect and repair? You should not lose
anything with a detect and repair or reinstall.

I have outlook 2003. the error is that hlink.dll is missing or wrong. In
fact, when I got notification that you had responded, I clicked on the link
to take me to your response and it failed with same error. I tried detect
and repair and that did not resolve the issue either. Do you have any other
suggestions? Thank you.
