Need to reinstall DTS. How?

I need to reinstall dts on my Windows XP Pro workstation. The service is
missing. I have modified the file to show dts in add/remove programs but you
can not deselect or select to install.


Please help.

msdtc.exe
MS DTC console program
C:\WINDOWS\system32
C:\WINDOWS\system32\dllcache

Path to executable:
C:\WINDOWS\System32\msdtc.exe

Depends on RPC and Security Accounts Manager
