Need to recreate HelpAssistant account

Several of our computers have had the HelpAssistant account deleted. A few
months ago I stumbled across a command that recreated the account but,
alas, I can't find my notes of what the command was. Does anybody here know
what it is? It was a really simple command run from the command line that
worked like a charm and I've smacked myself a number of times for not
keeping it someplace obvious.

Thanks for the help!

The latest thought short of contact MS Product Support Services is to
do a "REPAIR" Windows Install.. However, you may want to contact
either MS or your computer manufacturer to see if they have other
internal solutions to fix your problem.

The command mentioned earlier just recreates the account, but it
didn't appear to work for most people...

Do you happen to remember the command? I'd like to give it a whirl.

Thanks, Jeffrey!
