Need to recover IE Favorites from backup after new XP Install

Upgraded my machine from w2k Pro to XP Pro. Ran into
problems and had to do a clean install. I backed up the
w2k system before all this. All is well, except that I
cannot figure out how to retrieve my IE 5.5 Favorites into
my new IE^ browser. Please help. Thanks.
