Need to recover a deleted contact!

I was cleaning up my Outlook contacts not realizing that my Outlook
Express contacts would be affected. I now know that they are one and
the same (I guess!).
Is there a way to recover the deleted contacts?

No. They are not one in the same.
State more clearly what you did.
Any Contacts you deleted would be in your Deleted Items Folder.
