Need to reconfigure MS Outlook 2007

Hai, sorry to disturb. I'm new to Outlook 2007. I have a problem in solving
it ( I've gone through all the suggestion as Greg post dated 7/23/2008 ), but
still can solved the problem.

2. Could you kindly, assists me in STEP BY STEP to solved the said problem.
