need to Re-download ie6

I need to RE-DOWNLOAD ie6. My current veriosn crashes so there is something
wrong with the code. How dow I actually get a new download to replce the
bad files.

Try to Repair IE before you take this step and scan for Malware on your
Computer.

I tried everything and need to reinstall IE6. However I have located the
proper registry key and changed the IsInstalled DWORD to 0, rebooted but
when download it I still get "Setup has detected a newer version of Internet
Explorer already installed on this system.
Setup cannot continue." Can't see to get this to go away to get a fresh
download.

Any more ideas ??
