Need to pull fax number out of contacts and paste it automattically in a form

I. Need to pull fax number out of contacts and paste it automattically
in a form. I am very new to VB scripting. I am looking for a macro or
vb script for Outlook 2000 to do this.

II. When the form is sent to a non-Outlook recipiant, most of the form
doesn't show up such as our company logo and the confidentiality
disclaimer at the bottom. I think this is because its read as plain
text for those recipiants that do not open it with Outlook. Is there a
way to do this, possibly by sending it as html if the form can be used
in Outlook 2000 as html?

2) No, it's because only Outlook supports Outlook custom forms.Other recipients will see only what you pot in the message body (which can be HTML).
