Need to 'Pre-click' my Flash page

I'm not a professional webmaster but I have constructed several well used
website in Flash and have suddenly found them requiring a pre-click to
activate the Activex controls?!?!
Someone told me I have to wrtie a Java file to repair it. I don't know how
to do that. HELP! one of these pages I've built for my employer and they're a
bit miffed! Is there a special way to UPLOAD a java file?
