need to post mp3 to my fronypage site

i've just built my first web site and i used frontpage
2002. i am a novice and am not sure how to put
downloadable mp3s on my web site. they are not pirated
mp3s so there is no violation happening . any help would
be of great assistance.
 
Best way to do it is to put them in a zip file. Create a hyperlink to the
uploaded zip and when the person clicks on the link, the zip file will be
downloaded to their PC.
