need to make IE remmember proxy

Help!!
My IE stops remember my proxy server password. I try to connect, type my
user name, type my password, push check box "save password". After I
close IE and open it again user and password strings will be empty.

what can I do to fix it?

I hit start, went to control panel, then to network and internet
connections, there I can see my LAN connection icon, and shortcut to New
Connection Wizard, I can't find any settings menu, and could not fix
problem by exploring Advanced menu.

Please, solving of this trouble is very important for me.

but my internet browser can't remember password to proxy.
