Need to make a XP Pro SP1 CD!

I am goin to reinstall my systen on a new hard drive & I was told that i can
copy my XP cd to HD & download SP1 & all the update & merge & burn to a new
cd & when I install it I have it all. How do you do it or there a site that
tells you how?
