Need to link outlook and access

We are switching over to an Access Database to manage our
contacts as it has gotten too cumbersome. I need to know
how to link outlook to access so that when an update is
made in an outlook contact it is automatically done in
Acess. Is this even possible?

Hi Tra - did you ever find out how to do this? I have
exactly the same problem, although I want to make the
updates (edits and new contacts) in Access and have an
automatic update in Outlook. Specifically, I want the e-
mail address in Access to be updated in Outlook for when
we send out our newsletter to all contacts.

So the other thing I want to do is have Outlook
automatically add new contacts made in Outlook to an
existing distribution list.

Any ideas anyone?

Linking Access to outlook is done the same way you link to any external
source.
The option is fairly far down on the list and has the word Outlook in it
(Microsoft Outlook or just Outlook or ???)
