You'll have to give us some more information. Bear in mind that Forms DO NOT CONTAIN ANY DATA. A Form is a "window"; the data resides in your Tables, and only in your Tables. Can you make the second form a Subform of the first one? If you wish to open it as a separate form, what user action should cause this to happen?
