Need to know how to lock text in an excel work sheet?
Like Name: Add: Phone:
Becasue when you type the name in the add and phone move
these are the type of things I need to lock in place so
that I can use the form over and over with out things
moving.
 
How about just using a column heading with name: and typing the names
underneath it?
 
Hi cgw!

I think that what you want is Window > Freeze Panes

Select the row beneath your headings and this will retain the headings
as you continue to enter data.
