We have a new laptop in the office, but the user is having a difficult time
reading the small type-size. I have increased type sizes in Windows - icons
on desktop, etc. Also increased type size in Outlook inbox, folder lists,
etc. However, when he actually opens the emails, they are in the small type
size and for the life of me I can't figure out how to make them bigger. Also
cannot figure out how to make web pages in a larger display. Any help would
be appreciated.

Use a CSS style sheet in Internet Explorer to make the font on web pages
larger; get one here http://www.microsoft.com/enable/training/ie5/css.aspx.

To make the font in e-mails larger, go to Tools/Options/Mail
Format/Stationary and Fonts. Change the fonts for composing new message,
replying/forwarding/reading plain text then at the bottom check the "always
use my fonts" box.
