I have a access Database interfaced in a frontpage website(on a host server)

Do you have Access on your local system? If so, then FTP the database to your local system and open with Access.

No. What you want is called database synchronization. There are products
that can do this for you.

For Access, the quickest way is to download the whole file from the site
and repalce th elocal file. If you have the file w/in the web, you can
download it by typing the URL to the file.
