need to get database records from my database on web to local comp

I have a access Database interfaced in a frontpage website(on a host server)
and i need to get the data from the database to a Local Computer.....
 
Do you have Access on your local system? If so, then FTP the database to your local system and open with Access.
 
but can i set it (ftp) up to automatic transfer the the data in the data base
not the whole database. and at a set time
