I have situation where I need to force a service
to 'depend' on another service to be started before it
begins to start. My problem is, I only get a grayed-out
section of the 'dependencies' and am unable (as yet)
to 'force' this service to depend on the other service to
be 'running' before it begins and therefore hogs the port
that is unchangable of first service.
I've ezProxy wanting to start before rAdmin. If it
doesn't wait till rAdmin has finished starting, it hogs
the port rAdmin needs and I cannot change the port on
rAdmin, but if I could force ezProxy to wait till rAdmin
has finished starting, as in automatically (Forget
Manual).
Any Ideas?
