Need to extract Contact-list from Blackberry's Outlook

Is there any direct way of extracting a list of contacts that has
accumulated in my Blackberry's Outlook data files?
I would like to transfer and merge them into Outlook on the PC or at
least just print it on my PC connected printer.

Unless your Blackberry is running Windows Mobile, it doesn't have any
"outlook data files" on it. Your Blackberry software is completely
responsible for synching data between the device and Outlook.
