NEED to EXCLUDE mail from anyone OTHER THAN via specific account

I have 2 email accounts I check mail for. One account has TONS of spam that I
am trying to eliminate. In this "BBB" account, I have a list of contacts. How
can I specify via Outlook to ONLY receive mail from THOSE contacts in my
"BBB" account and to delete all the rest? I ONLY want to receive the mail
from anyone with "@BBB.com" in their addresses. The spam is sent personally
to me but can never come thru that "@BBB.com" because it is limited to
students of that school only. So anything NOT from "@BBB.com" need to be
deleted before it hits my inbox.

I hope I have explained my situation sufficiently and I appreciate help as
fast as possible.

PS - obviously, I have substituted "BBB" for the actual name.

Use a rule that deletes everything and specify the "except with specific
words in the sender's address", where the specific words are "bbb.com"
 
ok, I guess I neglected to add that I get email from LOTS of others as well.

So if I make this rule:

THROUGH the BBB account,
DELETE IT,
EXCEPT IF FROM "BBB.com" or a selection of anyone with "BBB.com"

it will deliver ONLY the "BBB.com" emails to me and delete the rest???

SWEET!!!

I just couldn't figure out how to make the exception and didn't think about
using DELETE to KEEP the ones I want!!

I'll give it a try - thanks for the help!

PS - but you can bet I WILL be back if it doesn't work!!! LOL
