need to edit graphics (.mic) done in MS Image Compser

where can I download a copy of MS Image Composer? I need to edit graphics
done with (.mic) extension. I'm aware that it is part of Fronpage 2000 but I
don't have that either.....Thanks in advance.
 
Unless your have the FP98 CD or MS PhotoDraw you are out of luck with MIC files.
