need to duplicate names in a list

I have a list of 2000 names and account numbers on Excel sheet (1name in each row, followed by a row with a discreet account number). i need to list each current name 4 consecutive times, followed in each case by the account number line. How do I do this? Is there a formula that will automate the multiple listing of the existing data base? The factor is always 4

This is for a laser project where each name and account is engraved into an item. The excel file eventually is saved as a text file for the factory I am using. Many thanks. Barry
