Need to download Movie Maker 2.1

I already have Service Pack 2 installed on my computer. For some reason my
version of Movie Maker is missing a bunch of the video and transistion
effects so I want to reinstall it. Where can I find a site to just download
movie maker 2.1?
It seems like you can't do that from the Microsoft site.

MM 2.1 is included in WinXP SP2 and there
is no separate download.
