Need to download files from FTP

Hello group... I have the following question:

I work with different cities around the country... when the day is over they
upload a file to an FTP folder ...

I need to be able to browse this folder and download all files from Access
to upload those files to my database...

Does any one know how to do it?

By the way the Dir command does not work.... in FTP folders...

There's a "quick and dirty" approach outlined in
