Need to do a copy

Hello:

I recently had a crashed server. I did 2 restores of the data, but could
not get the backup program to restore the data into the same folder. I need
to combine the data into the same folder. I am looking of a command or
utility which can copy all the data from one folder to the other, but only
folders and files that are newer.

Does anyone know of a good utility?

Time to bone up on your command line commands.
Have a look at xcopy.exe /d
