Ever since I downloaded Windows Messenger my AOL IM will
not launch. I assume there is a conflict somewhere. I
have tried to delete the Windows Messenger with no luck.
Is there a way? Thanks.

Greetings Monte,

Windows Messenger is actually built-in to Windows XP -- it's always been there. Also, I'm
not aware of any conflicts between AOL IM and Windows Messenger.

However, you may want to use System Restore to restore back to a point before you had the
problem. To do so, click Start, then Help & Support, then "Undo changes to my computer using
System Restore".
