If a password from a domain account is resetted by a domain administrator at
the domain level; the user with the forgotted password will still be able to
read his EFS files on his local computer. Right ?

If a password from a XP local account is resetted by a administrator at the
local machine; the user with the forgotted local password will NOT be able
to read his EFS files. Right ?
