Need to change the name of our domain

Hello,

1/ I need to change the name of our Windows domain.
The domain is managed by a Primary Domain Controler running Windows2000
server.
What is the best way to proceed ?

2/ I would also like to change the name of the primary (and only) domain
controler of the domain.
How can I proceed ?
