need to change drive letters.

I just added a new HDD to my system, copying the old files
to it and making it the new Boot Drive.

W2k keeps the drive letters intact, so my old drive, which
is no loger the boot, is still C-F and my new drive is
now, G-J, even though "G" is the boot partition.

Is there a way to change this so that the new drive's boot
partition is "C?"

I also have partition magic & it's supposed to have a
program to help keep the drive associations with their
respective programs when changes are made. Any experience
with this?

But the big question is, how do I get my new HDD 0 to have
it's Boot Partition, designated as "C."
