need to change desktop users w/msn

Hi, I need help, TY, I have 2 desktop users same person and want to switch
tops w/other because one user d/top is incomplete,ex;no my music,no photo
files also under rated web browser when trying to acess credit card sites
telling me to download proper security level when my computer already has
what i think was sp-2 .I'd also would like to know how to change the e-mail
add. of a user. please help TY. Have a Great Day
 
To change e-mail type,open internet options,programs,change type.The only
"security" level to access sites might be-.NET passport Open user accounts,
add .NET Passport,or go to http://passport.net Set up account.Also,go into
add/remove programs,windows components,chk all the boxes in the 2 internet
component sections.
