Need to change a ppsx file to something that automatically plays .

I would like to send a powerpoint show to someone who does not have 2007. I
would like it to automatically play when they open it up. is there a way to
send a file from 2007 that will do this?
 
Save your presentation as a PowerPoint 97-2003 Show *.pps

I tried doing that a few times and it kept going to ppsx. Not sure why but
it finally worked. Thanks.
