Need to Allocate Bandwidth.

We are using 256 kbps line provided by our ISP. We have tow LAN and
the subnets are:

A) 192.168.1.0
B) 192.168.2.0

Our proxy is running with squid but we want to allocate our total
bandwidth (256) into these two subnets according to the MAC address
with different speed.

CAN ANYBODY HELP ME IN THIS REGARD.

that should be a function of your router.
load balancing and such is not handled by Windows.
