Need suggestion on new card

Newbie looking for a cheap $100-$150 card to go in my Athlon 2000
system. Playing a few games, not looking to set the world on fire. any
and all suggestions welcomed.
 
9600 XT Sapphire Ultimate with 128MB of Memory - no fan, just a heatsink so
is silent. You might get the 256MB model for your budget. The card is just
out and is in the stores this week.

9600 or 9600Pro... They are about $150 online or at ComPUSA. Don't
get the 9600se - its very slow.
