Need sound!

Help I have no sound on my computer. I have tried everything in help/support and also run all tests nothing seems to be wrong there but I still have no sound-don't know what else to do!
 
Check in widows update for updated drivers, check directX run diagnostics to
see if there is an error, update directx to version 9

Hi

first open device manage
check if the sound, video and game controller have driver names next to them, there should not be a yellow question mark
Insert the audio drivers CD (it will be a part of the motherboard CD) and install the sound drivers
Make sure that ur speakers are attached to the green plug and it is for outgoing.
make that u are not turning on the volume level with mute or else u wont get any sound

Have you downloaded and installed the WinXP-specific audio drivers
as provided by the audio controller's manufacturer?
