I'd gone down that path already and the icon in question (in this case, 'Show Desktop') keeps on moving despite having the setting for Taskbar on Lock. Thanks anyway, Jerry.

You can try this, get the icons where you want them, then Right Click on an empty spot on the task bar and select "Lock the Taskbar"
