Hello,
I have set up Outlook Business Contact Manager. It's doing much of what I
need, except store specific customer data. I need the ability to customize
forms to store user defined customer data. I understand that customized
forms are not supported in the current version of BCM. I've looked at
Microsoft CRM, and it seems overwhelming. All I need is customized forms.
I'm running a volunteer organization and just need to keep tract of my
volunteers from various organizations. Please point me in the right
direction. I don't need a fortune 500 CRM solution.
